Happy Valentine's Day!

I love Valentine's Day even more now that I have kids.....all things are much better in the shape of a heart (and we will be enjoying many of them today)......pancakes, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and I'll have to come up with something creative for dinner too?! Had to share these pics of MY valentine sweethearts and the card that was sent out to our family and friends. They happened to be very cooperative with our little photo shoot.....I'm guessing it was the HUGE lollipops they were bribed with?? Wishing you all a day filled with lots of love and a little something that makes your day extra special!

Owl Always Love You Valentine's Day Party

Owls are so popular right now and I'm a sucker for any play on words....loved this party idea! This collection by Sweet Craft Cakes is styled with pink, red, white, polka dots, and a sweet owl. They made a ribbon back drop and used a pale pink tablecloth. For the Valentine treats they had cupcake sandwiches, chocolate covered oreos, dipped pretzels, red velvet cupcakes, sweetheart cookies, and cupids punch. The apothecary jars were filled with gum balls, Hershey's chocolate kisses and m&m's.
